This was my third purchase from Z2 Comics. I got the 'Public Enemy: Apocalypse 91' graphic novel this time. Like my previous orders for the 'Dio' and 'Elvis' books, the quality of the hardcover and printing was excellent. Shipping was as expected, about a week. Decent value, small shipping issue
I bought a 'Super Deluxe Edition Box Set' for 'The Doors: Morrison Hotel'. The contents are impressive – the graphic novel, the vinyl, the art prints, it's all high quality and feels like a good value for the price. However, the outer shipping box arrived with a small dent, which thankfully didn't affect the box set itself due to the internal packing. It would be nice if they could use even thicker outer cartons for these higher-end sets. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about tracking, which was a plus.
Good experience overall
I bought one of their T-shirts, the one with the 'Grateful Dead' design. It was pretty easy to find my size and check out. It took maybe 5 days to get to my place, which is fine. The shirt feels comfortable, not too thin or anything. I've washed it a couple times now and the print still looks good. No complaints really, it was just a smooth transaction.
